Cookery

We serve what we grow, enhancing that unquenchable strength that makes the seed a fruit.

We look forward to seeing you Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch.
Reservations only, places are limited.

We offer a set menu suggested by the vegetable garden and the changing seasons at 35 euros, which includes leavening, starters, main course, dessert and coffee. Separately, we have a small but carefully curated wine list, in collaboration with the best local wineries.

We serve what we grow, enhancing that unquenchable strength that makes the seed a fruit. Vegetables, fruit, cereals and pulses, and medicinal herbs are the undisputed protagonists. We love our bees and bring their precious gift to the table. We carefully and gratefully choose to be joined by other producers who share our same intentions, and so we offer cheese and meat (of the highest quality,) in full respect of animal welfare.
Every dough, from sourdough bread to pasta to cakes, is our own production.
The earth with its fruits directs our menus and until the last moment there can be small variations dictated by the availability that the field offers us.
We ask you to inform us of your dietary requirements and intolerances at the time of booking so that we can welcome you (at our home in the countryside) as if you were at home.
